A large focus of her practice includes issues faced by LGBT families as a result of the national Defense of Marriage Act. Ms. Stark believes in aggressively pursuing her clients’ best interests, but with a compassionate approach tailored to each clients’ specific needs. When she is not working, volunteering or attending continuing legal education courses, Bernadette is home caring for her two wonderful boys and volunteering as the Commissioner of the Mary Vazquez Women’s Softball League in Northampton.
